This class is all about learning and exploring variety of painting medium arrays. Kids will indeed enjoy learning and painting with modeling pastes, 3 D gel media, acrylic paints, watercolors, gloss mediums and mixed media. We will paint on canvas boards and papers specifically designed for watercolor paintings. We will work with brushes, knives and other painting tools.
Kids will also practice some basic techniques like dry on wet, wet on wet, textured acrylic painting.
Kids will own their artwork and bring it home. We are planning to cover following topics, it’s also depends on kids speed and progress.
- Wabi sabi modeling paste painting
- Landscape Painting
- Abstract painting with gel media
- Tulip painting
- Herons in water/ humming Bird painting
