The After School Activities (ASA) initiative will be offered to all RLC Coyotes during the Fall and Spring semesters under the approved guidelines below.

Overview

• ASA classes are weekly 1-hour after school sessions from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
• ASA classes also enable students to go to Extended Care from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at no additional cost.
• Fall 2026 ASA classes begin the week of September 14, 2026 and end the week of December 7, 2026.
• Extended Care ends on December 18, 2026.
• There are no make-up sessions.
• ASA follows the Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) 2026–2027 academic calendar. There will be no ASA classes on LCPS holidays or when schools are closed and no charge will be applied.
• All ASA Instructors and Coordinators are background-checked within the past 12 months.
  
  

Homework Help & Extended Care

• Available daily from 4:00 pm–6:00 pm for students enrolled in enrichment activities, or from 3:00 pm–6:00 pm for those enrolled in extended care only.
• Parents are encouraged to send a snack if their child is staying for Extended Care.

Fees

• ASA classes: $25 per session (rate includes extended care), plus material fees where applicable
• Homework Help & Extended care only: $16 per day

Registration

• Registration: August 24, 2026 - September 14, 2026.

• PTO Paid Membership is required to register.
• Tuition fees represent the total cost for the entire Fall 2026 semester.

• Tuition will not be prorated for missed sessions.
• Classes with fewer than 5 students may be cancelled.
• Students registering late begin ASA the following week.
• No registrations accepted after September 14, 2026.

• If classes are canceled due to inclement weather, parents can request a refund for that session.
