After School Activities (ASA) initiative will be offered to all RLC Coyotes for 2024 Spring semester under the approved guidelines for 2023-24 school year below:

Registration:

- Early Access Registration

• Dec 13, 2023 (Wed) at 9:00PM through Dec 17, 2023 (Sun) at 9:00PM
• Priority basis for Paid PTO Members only
• The registration code is sent to the email address you provided when you registered for PTO membership.  Please check your spam/junk folder.

- General Registration

• Dec 17, 2023 (Sun) at 9:00PM through Jan 4, 2024 (Thu) at 8:00PM
• All PTO families

- Late Registration

• Jan 4, 2024 (Thu) at 8:00PM through Jan 18, 2024 (Thu) at 9:00PM
• $25 fee is charged, and tuition fees will not be prorated for missed sessions due to the late start.
• Students registering late will start the ASA the following week.

Note: RLC PTO Membership (Basic or Paid) is a mandatory pre-requisite to register for RLC PTO Sponsored ASA initiative. Please visit PTO Membership page and register.

Session Details:

- ASA Sessions are 60 min long, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

- Extended Care is available for 60 min or 120 min, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm.

• 15 Tuesday sessions
• 15 Wednesday sessions
• 16 Thursday sessions
• 14 Friday sessions

Discounts:

- Sibling (5%): Sibling Discount applies for 2nd and additional children, if signed up in the same transaction.

- Multi-Program (10%): Multi-Program Discount automatically applies to 2nd and all additional programs per child.

- RLC Staff or Military/Veterans (10%): Please reach out to [email protected] to avail these discounts. We can apply them to your completed transactions as well.
